When I was younger I was a morning person, I loved taking early morning classes. Ash I got older I began to hate mornings and as it gets colder I just don’t want to get out of bed in the mornings anymore.
As a member of SheSpeaks, I was invited to the try the Philips Wake-up Light, and Official Light Therapy Product of the National Sleep Foundation, I was not only intrigued, I was excited, is there a chance that I’d be able to wake up without feeling restless and exhausted?! When I finally received my package, I wasn’t even expecting it, so it was a great surprise and I was eager to try it and see what would happens.
I was hoping that it would be easy to set up. The big thing is you can set the level of lighting you wish an when it reaches that it will wake you up in the morning, and you can use it as a table lamp. This was great! There are three different ways to wake up in addition to the light, bird chirping, FM radio (which is cool) and smooth tunes of like drums.
I love it and it has been a great addition to my bedroom.
