There are few things in life that get me quite as excited as a new planner. I always get a new planner when I am planning my year, or starting a new long term project. I am planning and organized individual. I have to keep everything in order or it will drive me crazy. Having a planner keeps me on track with my personal, work, and blogging needs.
So when Plum Paper very kindly asked if I would like to choose one of their beautiful planners to review I was more than a really delighted. When I got it, I was shocked at how great it turned out.
Number one on my list has to be the extent to which it is customizable in terms of both its design and its content. With two different sizes and eight different daily page layouts to choose from this is a planner that truly can be the one you want it to be. So much so that Plum Paper even takes it one step further, allowing you to totally customize the text if you decide to do so. Add to that the ability to start your planner in any month. And to choose your number of months (12 – 18) it really is hard not to see an option that would work well for just about anyone.
They are optional blog and social media sections are perfect. I love how well thought out they are. With sections to keep track of review products, to jot down post ideas, and to firm up my schedule I’m more than a little excited about the level of organization it will allow me to accomplish.
If you are not a blogger though there are other options you can choose. From helping with household management to running a business to travel and education. The teaching option planner is great. I know a lot of teachers who would love to have this for the start of the school year.
The tabs are a huge advantage. I’m always running madly from one thing to another. From home to school, from blogging to work. Being able to switch quickly between months is definitely going to help me keep better track of every aspect of my life.
From the section right at the beginning of the blog which will allow me to look at the year at a glance, to the individual goals on the monthly highlights pages. Of course not forgetting the blog goals section within the blogging insert.
The plastic cover protectors. The added security that these give me, means that I’ll be able to continue carrying my planner with me without worrying it will get damaged.
The wire coil is sturdy enough to last twelve months. The paper is thick and feels creamy. I haven’t found a pen that won’t work with it.
Overall, Plum Paper planners win with me because of their durability, customizable covers and sections, and the options they offer. They all seem very well thought out.
Do you use a Plum Planner, let me know what you think?
