Shine Bright All Year Long With Kate Spade

During the past year, I have been on the lookout for pieces that I can wear out to events but also wear to the office for presentations. Kate Spade is a brand that provides that versatility to me.

These pieces reflected a keen color palette, candy stripe fashions, beaded embellishments, and just a fun retro 60s spin. It is one of the best Kate Spade has offered.

The Cashmere Crewneck Cardigan was my favorite piece. I fell in love with this beautiful sweater from the first time I saw it!  This sweater is thick and warm yet polished and put together! It fits true to size as well! It pairs well with a tweed skirt or black pants. These pieces are the foundation for a capsule wardrobe.

Kate Spade makes it easy for you to be bright, bold, and noticeable in clothes. Sometimes, when you have that gut feeling that a piece of clothing is just made for you, you need to splurge and buy the piece. Nine times out of ten, you will not regret it and you will feel like a million bucks walking down the street. Life is short, ladies. Treat yourself.

August + Monroe Blemish Camouflage Cream

I have never had perfect skin. I battled acne, rashes, and scars. It has always been a challenge to keep my skin looking good. I am always on the lookout for different treatments and coverups.

I was intrigued when I first heard about August & Monroe Blemish Camouflage Cream. I wanted to share my thoughts on this new product with everyone.

The first thing that I looked at with this formula is that it is a 3-in-1 formula. This means that the blemish concealer not only primes and conceals to hide breakouts, but also heals. Now that is a genius idea, a product that helps heal blemishes. So many times, in the past, I have used a concealer to cover the blemishes only to cause more breakouts, and I would have to throw it out.

This product has a fighting formula, so you can wear it all day. At night, after I cleanse my face, I dab on the cream. This way it will soak into my skin overnight. This product heals while still being gentle. The product does not dry my skin which is great because when the weather turns cooler my skin can dry out.

During the day, I start with a clean face and apply concealer. The concealer begins to blend in and camouflage my breakouts. The more you rub, the darker the product becomes. The coverage is amazing. It feels amazing.

When I put on a full face of makeup, it primes my breakouts perfectly. The coverage is not oily or greasy and so my makeup stays in place all day.
