My mother always had good skin and I learned the importance of moisturize  for face and body from her. I remember on her vanity she had lots of jars with creams and potions of all kinds. Determined to keep my skin soft and supple this summer, I headed to the beauty aisle to chose a few Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizers to try out. I’m crazy for anything coconut so I chose refreshing Coconut Oil and Nourishing Monoi Oil. Coconut smells like a fun day at the beach and Monoi has a subtle floral scent that reminds me of honeysuckle yet it doesn’t overpower. The hydrating oil in the formula gives these a lightweight feel and they absolutely glide on my skin while locking in all that hydration. What I love is that these wet skin moisturizers absorb instantly and leaves my skin soft all day long.

Memorial Day Weekend Must Have! -Olay’s Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream with SPF 30

When I was asked to try out this product and give my feedback; I figured that Memorial Day would be the best time to start; since it is the unofficial start of summer.

Did you know that the diagnoses of two forms of skin cancer have surged over 140% between 2000 and 2010. Wherever you long weekend takes you, the beach or hiking trip, you shouldn’t leave home without your SPF.

Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream SPF 30 has become one my favorite product from this line. An SPF of 30 is exactly what you need during the summer months, and with a moisturizer and broad spectrum sunscreen protection is what you need.

The product comes in a 50 ml opaque bottle with an airless pump. The dispensing provides a good control on the amount of product you need, yet it’s very hygienic and keeps the content safe from bacteria contamination.

The texture of the product is rich, spreads nicely on the skin, leaving the complexion deeply moisturized. The moisturizing benefit of this product lasts throughout the day, despite the warm environment. I had it on all day and this moisturizer, feels hydrated all day. One pump of Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream SPF 30 is the amount I apply in the morning on my face, neck and décolletage. I let the cream set on my skin for a few minutes, it doesn’t leave a greasy finish.

This is a great product worn either by itself or under makeup as a primer. It gives you excellent amount of hydration and most importantly sun protection. It reduces the appearance of pores, fine lines and wrinkles.
If you are looking for a new moisturizer this summer that has SPF then I highly recommend this product. We have to protect our skin, we should do it with a brand that we trust and Olay is that brand.
