This Season’s Hottest Spring Fashions With Ann Taylor

This time of the year is always a favorite of mine. I love being outdoors & walking around enjoying the gorgeous weather. I love going to great restaurants and shopping and sightseeing. So for me, dressing comfortable and chic is so important, that’s why I always look to  Ann Taylor to find the perfect outfit.

Ann Taylor’s newest spring collection has so many fun floral pieces and blue and green pieces that make me ready for sunshiny spring days. Floral designs add happiness and a sense of fun. This Vintage Floral Sheath Dress adds a pop of color to the day.  I’m thinking it would be the perfect outfit for a Kentucky Derby party or any horse race. It made me automatically want to book a trip to the races. One of my favorite parts of this dress is that it has a separate lining so you don’t have to worry about it being too sheer. The dress is also available in petite sizes which is great because it means my dress actually stays at a midi length instead of turning into a maxi dress. This is also available in waist shorts.

Another  piece I love from Ann Taylor’s new spring arrivals is this Kimono Top.  It is perfect for early Spring. I’ll wear this into the summer and pair it with white pants or my green shorts which is also available at Ann Taylor.

 

Fresh blues have been one of my favorite trends to wear this season. I love the fresh look, especially when dressed head-to-toe. This blue blouse  with a puff detail on the sleeves is so lightweight, making it the perfect top to transition into spring. And you know I love a great pair of denim skinny jeans.

Can you tell I can’t get enough of these pieces. I just got them two weeks ago and I have already worn them 4 different times. They match everything, and I can’t wait to wear them again.

I have my eye on a few more pieces so I know that I will be placing an order soon.

Vera Bradley Provides the Perfect Beach Tote

Though we only live a little ways from the water. Majority of the year in Louisiana  is incredibly warm and while the ocean is always perfect to hop in and cool down, the hot sand sticking to my sunscreened body is rather annoying. However, I love going to the beach in the evenings, just as the sun is low on the horizon and there’s a pleasant ocean breeze.

Let me start off with my favorite aspect – the price. This bag is $78. Seventy-eight dollars. In our typical designer bag realm, this price is out of this world. And on top of that, this bag is so beautiful and well-made. The straw exterior has a really cool pattern. I choose the Hacienda Cross Stitch. This canvas tote is not only super cute, it also contains a hidden pocket to keep valuables out of sight or wet suits away from other items in your bag. Hidden wet pocket on interior base of bag. Two slip pockets. Water repellent lining. Reversible. The dimensions are  26″ w x 15″ h x 9 ¼” d with 12″ strap drop

With summer vacations to warm destinations on the horizon, you should really check out this versatile tote.

Also, if you want a beach towel that covers a bit more surface and looks super cool. The towel is plush and stylish.

As a result, Sheer Lust was born with an aesthetic that combines the LA attitude with timeless Parisian style.

This Spring and Summer, Sheer Lust goes “Electro-Chic,” a collection inspired by the technological age. This collection combines futuristic style with a little bit of ‘70s flare. Each of these polishes has a touch of metallic shimmer so it catches just enough light.

The Spring/Summer collection is a set of six colors that are vivid and bright bringing a little fun to your finger tips.  The set arrived in a luxe, metallic gift box which make it feel like a gift has arrived on your doorstep. Each color was super glossy and applied like a breeze with it’s perfectly sized-brush.  Not too large to make goopy mistakes, and not too small making you do extra strokes.
