For many years now science has expounded the benefits of chocolate. While over eating chocolate is never advised. There is a direction connection between or mental health and chocolate. HOKA ONE ONE ARAHI 5 Running Shoe

If you are like me, you have started a new routine now that the weather has gotten nicer. I am always looking for the perfect running shoe. I finally found one that is cushioned but also lightweight and offers supreme stability, that is the HOKA One One Arahi

I was impressed with the feel of this shoe. The heel collar is tapered and nicely padded. The shoe fit really snugs on my feet, which means I did not experience any slippage.

HOKA approaches stability differently than other shoes. They use J-Frame technology, a firmer EVA rubber that starts on the outer side of the outsole and wraps around the other side.

I have many issues with running shoes in the past, so I pleasantly surprised at how this one fits like it was made for me. The padded interior provides a great locked-in fit and the width is just right.

Once you start running, you’ll be amazed at the sublime combination of cushioning, smoothness and support. HOKA’s signature Meta-Rocker design creates a rolling sensation that feels like it’s boosting your forward propulsion.

This shoe makes a great daily trainer or a work hose shoe. The J-Frame technology helps keep this shoe feeling light on your feet. This is a great option for you.
