Wilton Brand Brings You Easter Fun

It is that time of year when the flowers are starting to bloom and the weather I am hoping will begin to warm up. Every year, Easter is a filled with festivities and fun things for family and friends.

I love trying out new kid friendly desserts each year and what better dessert for adults and kids but with cupcakes. I absolutely love Wilton not only for their excellent products that can make an ordinary person in to an extraordinary baker, but also for their great recipes, tips and endless ideas when it goes to baking.

Wilton recently sent me an assortment of their Easter Baking products and did I have a great time making some wonderful desserts. It was so super easy to make wonderful creations. I used chocolate cake mix for the cupcakes and used our cupcake pan. It was so easy to use. I just sprayed the pan with a little bit of cooking spray and filled the cupcakes up to the top of the line.

These adorable to use not only for Easter but all year around. We cooked the cupcakes at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes and then let them cool before starting the really fun part of decorating. The  cupcakes came out great and they came out of the pan in wonderful shapes.

Wilton has so many terrific products especially when it comes to decorating. I put everything on the table including icing, food coloring, sprinkles, icing decorations and fun stuff and go crazy with the cupcakes.

It is always fun to see how many different colors you can make. I had a lot of fun decorating the cupcakes and with all the Wilton Easter Cupcake accessories it made my plain cupcake into an adorable Easter treat.

Sam’s Club – Chicken Tenderloin Fritter Reviews

I received this Tyson product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
I recently got the opportunity to try the Chicken Tenderloins from Sam’s Club. These all white meat breaded tenderloin come ready to cook, which are great when you are busy and want to cook something great for your family. I was worried how the product would hold up undercooking but it did great and it tasted perfect. The tenderloins were the perfect size and had the right amount of chicken,  they also did not fall apart when we were dipping them in our sauces. We are a family that loves to dip. It took me only 20 minutes to prepare so that made it more appealing. I simply dipped them in a pan of hot oil and made sure they were cooked through. The vacuum marinated pouch provided uniform flavor and moisture throughout the meat, not just on the surface. We will continue to use it as a main meal for dinner but also makes a great snack when we are busy throughout the day.
