As you can tell from the sign that hangs in my laundry room, ironing is not one of my favorite tasks.
Ironing clothes is a very time-consuming chore. I have never had the patience for it. My mom, dad, and younger sister loved to iron, but not me. They are times when I have to spend my entire Sunday doing the ironing. That is why I was so happy to be introduced to Tom and Sheri’s Iron in a Bottle All-Natural Wrinkle-Releaser.
I was not sure that I could make my clothes wrinkle-free without using an iron. I decided to try it out and was shocked that it worked. As long as you spray it properly and follow the instructions. It also has a refreshing scent.
All that you need to do is spray in a circular motion until all the wrinkles are damp. Then smooth the fabric in a downward motion with your hand. and the creases are gone. It is a plant-based wrinkle releaser with no harsh chemicals. The most active ingredient is a plant-based surfactant. It is comparable to a hair conditioner that relaxes the fibers of the clothes as a conditioner would do to your hair. This is how the spray helps the wrinkles to release.
Iron in a bottle works best for fabrics such as wool, polyester blends, soft cotton, t-shirts, linen, flannel, heavy cotton, cotton blends, chinos, poplin, and denim.
As recommended on their site you can test a hidden portion of fabric before spraying any entire garment. If there are any undesired effects, do not proceed with using Tom & Sheri’s Iron in a Bottle on that particular garment.
With Iron in a Bottle, I can still get wrinkle-free clothing, without all the hassle of irons or steamers. It really works, it’s really easy and really fast.
Cheers to getting back my Sundays, now I can concentrate on football.
