I recently attending the The Big Toy Book’s Biggest Day of Holiday Play in New York. This was part of my connection with the BloggerConnection Network
During this Day I was introduced to one of the newest holiday electronics the Boogie Board tablet.
The Boogie Board has to be the coolest new gadget. Anywhere that you would write notes- on the go, in the car, your desk… the list goes on and on. It’s most like a dry erase board, except you don’t need a special pen to use it, and it erases at the click of a button! It is like magic, I have no idea how it works. LOL. But it does, and it’s fabulous. It’s a great writing tablet for kids– would be great for scratch work for homework. I have started keeping it in my purse, so I can use it if I need, but it’s also great for entertaining my boys when we’re out at the doctors or elsewhere waiting. Thanks, Improv Electronics!
Things that are special with this product
- Erase your image with the touch of a button – and a friendly flash from the liquid crystal display – COOL!
- Sealed 3V watch battery never needs replacing.
- The Boogie Board tablet is an ultra 1/8″ thin and is easy to take with you in a purse, scheduler, briefcase or backpack.
- The case and LCD are made from durable plastic materials. Safe for school use and all around the house, office and car.
- The Boogie Board tablet’s pressure-sensitive LCD writing surface creates lines of different thickness based on how hard you push – just like paper and pen!
- Write or draw with the included stainless steel stylus or any other suitable instrument – even your finger! You’ll never need to search for a pen or pencil again!

Yes, This looks fabulous, I get tired of my kids wasting papers for two problems they write down. and then throw the paper away, waste of paper Tyvm xo

This would be awesome for my husband who’s in the hospital. He’s having trouble grasping a pen and getting it at the right angle to write. I think he’d do better using his finger on this, and as therapy goes on it would be good for him to practice on without needing a lot of paper.

This would be great not only for doing homework with the kids, but also to jot down reminders, notes, and phone numbers when you can’t always get to paper and pen, which in the end gets tossed anyways. So, it would be great to have this as a reusable item rather than wasting trees by constantly wasting paper.
