Family traditions are important to all of us, especially at this time of year. this allows us to experience and create lasting memories and help to give us a sense of belonging. Family traditions give us a chance to look forward and to remember the things in the past.
Family traditions don’t have to be fancy or expensive and they don’t require alot of preparation. It might be just hanging out watching a movie or doing playing a board game.

One of these products is the Blickenstaff’s Family Traditions Collection is the High & Low Calendar. This high quality, beautiful designed, and thoughtfully created calendar. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it.
The idea of the High & Low Calendar is to help encourage meaningful conversation around the dinner table, it is such a way to create a family tradition.
Each page of the calendar has one side with a section to write the date, each family member’s name, and a high moment and low moment of their day. At the bottom of the page, you can even keep track of what you ate that evening.
On the back of each page, you’ll find a prompt to get your family talking. These are great on days when no one wants to say anything. The questions were great and helped all of us relax. After each prompt, there is a section to record each family member’s answer, which will be fun to look back on at a later date.
The best part of this is that there are no dates included, so that you begin using the calendar whenever you want to. You can use it every day, once a week or once a month. There is no pressure to do it right. There is no right way just your way.
This is truly a unique tool and I loved using it especially during the holidays.
