When you find your perfect fit then it’s so easy to use and it comes in a 10-count pack that suits yourself.
Poise Impressa not a tampon or a pantiliner they are a soft flexible internal device that prevents leaks and can be worn for up to 8 hours in a 24 hour period.

How to Use Poise Impressa :

  • Step 1: Start with size 1, insert the Bladder Support just like a tampon.
  • Step 2: The Non Absobant Bladder Support expands support to the urethra once inside.
  • Step 3: If you are experiencing leaks, then go to size 2. Repeat until you find the perfect fit.
  • Step 4: Removing: Just pull the string and dispose of the bladder support in the trash.
