With the change of the seasons coming it more than likely you will be getting a cold. I just got over pneumonia and I do not want to get that again! I need to keep cold medicine on hand so I don’t get sick.
I’ve never tried Cold-Eeze before, but I bet that it comes in handy. Hopefully, I don’t get sick again this season. I read that zinc is one of those supplements that you should take because we don’t get enough of it in your diet.
