A month ago, I got to attend the International Home and Housewares Show and got a chance to meet the representatives from Full Circle. I feel in love with their cleaning products right away and know that they will help so much as we begin to tackle Spring Cleaning.
Full Circle has taken the wraps off a number of new cleaning tools, all aimed at reinforcing the company’s design-centric, environmentally friendly positioning.
The company’s Grunge Buster grout and tile brush features two different bristle styles— gentle outer bristles for cleaning tiles and stiffer inner bristles to scrub grout and stubborn dirt. The brush has a unique “iron” shape that allows the user to apply downward pressure and easy back-and-forth movement to deliver scrubbing dirt. The brush has a unique “iron” shape that allows the user to apply downward pressure and easy back-and-forth movement to deliver scrubbing. The shape combines with angled bristles on the front edge of the cleaning areas to more effectively reach into corners and other tight areas.
Also from Full Circle is the Lean and Mean scrub brush. Made from recycled plastic and bamboo, the new scrubber has a concave shaped, ergonomic handle that enables users to apply solid pressure for scrubbing. The unit is designed to hang for easy storage and stands on end for quick drying and bacteria prevention.
The company has also expanded its reach to encompass myriad kitchen cleaning chores including vegetable scrubbing and even composting. The new Fresh Air, odor free compost collector features unique “wind flumes” that allow air to flow through compost, reducing odor, according to the company. Made from partially recycled plastic and partially recycled stainless steel, the new compost collector is dishwasher safe and features a wire holder to keep bags in place and facilitate easy removal. It has a 1.3-gallon capacity and comes with five biodegradable bags for easy transport to the compost pile or city green bin.
To make it easier for consumers to scrape food wastes for composting, the company has also introduced Scrap Happy, a scrap collector and freezer compost bin. The unit has a wire rim that can attach to any drawer, making it easier to scoop scraps off the counter. The unit is designed of flexible silicone to fit compactly in the freezer until composting time, meaning no mess, smell or flies. Available in three colors— Spring Green, Sunset Orange and Earth— the bin can be emptied by inverting and pushing on the bottom. It is 100% dishwasher safe.
Also new is the Tater Mate potato brush, featuring a unique corer tool designed to quickly and easily remove potato “eyes” with a simple twist. Made from bamboo and recycled plastic the unit’s round handle design is crafted to fit comfortably and firmly in the palm of the hand.
