Adriana Carrig is a 28- year old female entrepreneur who started her company at the young age of 23. After growing up dealing with year after year of girl-on-girl cruelty, Adriana felt she needed to help make a difference in Girl World. She found that people (namely girls) were so quick to use cruelty as a bonding tool and judgment as a second nature reaction in meeting new people. She wanted to create something that could infringe on that territory of cruelty and act as a physical manifestation of kindness that would live right on women’s wrists. Throughout her experience not only as a young woman growing up, but also as a female business owner surrounded by other females in similar industries, Adriana has further solidified her brand’s mission as one that is meant to encourage women to respect and empower one another rather than to compete with one another. It is her firm belief that there is plenty of success to go around for women everywhere and we can truly succeed if and when we learn to stop competing and start supporting. Adriana now spends her time building her business and doing her best to pull back the curtain to allow other young female business owners into the world of starting and running a business. Through her social media platforms and her soon-to-launch website, she intends to provide tips and tools to empower women to go after their dreams regardless of the obstacles they have faced- and to do it all with a little kindness.
