MomTrends Back-To-School Bash 2017

I was so happy to attend the MomTrends Back to School Bash 2017. I got a chance to learn a lot about some new products and enjoy a night with my fellow bloggers and friends.

We all snacked on Raisels which are delicious little bursts of sour and sweet golden raisons. I don’t think snacking could get any better and more fun! Plus each little box is a full serving of fruit. Healthy and yummy!

I just love these backpacks by 12Little. They are so light weight and stylish! They are so light and colorful and they have a style that will fit each child in your household.

I loved the “Lost & Found” that the Mom Trends teams created with Name Bubbles which is a line of personalized name tags. They had a personalized item for each blogger and we had to dig through the bin to find ours. I got a very cute water bottle and it was so much fun searching for the right Denise.

Back-to-school event would not be complete with out having Staples on hand to provide us with all the necessities plus so many new fun creative ways to reinvent the norm. I love that they have tools for the kids but also for us adults to get organized also

Last week I was lucky enough to attend the Momtrends 6th Annual Back To School Event and I’ve got the scoop on everything from fashion to food. While it is only July, before we know it the kids will be heading back to school and it will be time to prepare.

Staples – Back to School Series- Part 4

I recently attended an event held by Staples at BlogHer 15. Staples was showing products that were designed by actual students. These items are some of the ones that I can’t wait to get.

Staples has partnered up for an inventive educational program offering middle school students the opportunity to help create and design school products that solve some of their everyday problems. The students ideas were then changed into actual products that are well-designed and very resourceful. These new school supplies have finally come to life and we got a chance to see them first hand.

Phase 1

Partnered in teams of 3, students surveyed, researched, analyzed competitors, and identified the problems in order to frame solution..

Phase 2

Students conceptualized their ideas for school products that met the needs they uncovered in their research to be presented to students, staff and Staples team members.

Phase 3

Staples’ product development team analyzed, interpreted and presented product concept sketches to the students.

Along with this initiative, Staples continues support education with its Me to We program. This is a an innovative social enterprise, to make more happen for education by supporting their educational partner, Free The Children.
