I was recently invited to attend a showing of line of clothing from Marika. Marika was first launched in 1982, it is the largest division of FAM Brands. FAM Brandsis a privately held company based in Commerce, CA. The company manufactures branded and private label apparel and is the leader in the industry by incorporating the most innovative performance materials and technology in all of its products.

As fitness trends change and women demand more from their clothing and this line fits right into those needs. Marika focuses on multi sport performance active wear. It combines fitness basics, technical fabrications and functional fashion pieces with lifestyle ideas in mind.

The time I spend working out is important to me. I love working out but at times hate the clothes that I work out in. Many times these clothes design for gym use are not flattering and make you don’t want to go to the gym at all.

I was excited to see the Marika line and to receive a top and pants from them to test out. Marika is extremely high quality and stylish. I feel it could rival any other high and retail brands that are prevalent in the fitness line.

I was so happy to wear it to the gym. I had a lot of my friends ask me were I had gotten these clothes from, they said it was not like anything they had seen before and it fit so well, they were extremely impressed.

The best part of these clothes was: the comfort fitting, it was perfect for high impact workouts, it was very stylish, the coolmax lining kept the sweat away from my skin, the jacquard meshing body was great, and the yoga pants fit perfectly.
