As a Birchbox Blogger I am able to attend some wonderful events, and last night I got to attend one at the Cynthia Rowley Boutique on 78th Street and Madison Avenue. The place is hidden away and if it did not have a sign in front you might miss it. I guess that is what also makes New York so much fun these hidden gems that we have. It has a huge gate in front and branches that cross at the entrance.

Last night’s event gave us a chance to preview the new Spring 2014 Makeup Collection from Cynthia Rowley. The new collection consists of an eyeshadow palette with 5 shades, 5 new pencil eyeliners, and trio of lightweight lip stains.

The Eyeliners comes in the following colors: Silver, Charcoal, Violet, Sky Blue, Black
These eyeliners are a great group for the Spring. The Silver, Charcoal and the Violet ones have a bit of shimmer to them. They all look great, I am excited to use them and help make my eyes pop a little.

The Creamy Lip Stain Trio comes in Tulip, Valentine and Sugar. What wonderful names that conjure up the thoughts of Spring. When you put them on it is not sticky and it does not come off easily so you can have a lasting effect with it. It is frustrating to use a lip gloss and then have to reapply every couple of hours, you don’t have to worry about it with these. There is a color for everyone and each one looks great on anyone. I love layering them also.

The Eyeshadow Palette is a wonderful combination of colors. It consists of Cotton Candy, Licorice, Confetti, Cloud, and Marshmallow. I see a theme here with the ideas of Spring and Summer imbedded in the names.

I am really happy with the collection in that everyone can find a color that they love and enjoy the season. All of these items are available at Birchbox. The eyeliners retail for $16 each, the Creamy Lip Stain Trio is $45 or the individual Cream Stains are $20. The Eyeshadow Palette is $24.
