Spring is that in-between weather time where it is not quite tee-shirt and shorts weather, but is tee-shirt and pants or sweatshirt and shorts weather! Spring is the relief from the winter cold, the reminder that the outdoors can still be enjoyable! I am waiting for days to get warmer. I look forward to Spring so I can get back into my favorite outdoor activities.

I look for good quality clothing at an affordable price. Price is a factor for me at this point in my life as I have a lot going on and I can’t be purchasing new outfits for every occasion or new clothing for every season. I need pieces of clothing that will last and that I can wear every day.

I also need clothing that will hold up well for an active person and that are comfortable as I spend a lot of time at various activities. I don’t want clothing that falls apart after one trip to the laundry and I like clothing that is pretty to wear. I also like to have pieces of clothing that I can wear with various other pieces I already own.

As far as a company goes, prAna is thoughtful, resourceful and sustainable. They treat their people well and they are mindful of their environmental impact. They use materials from sustainable sources and give back to programs both locally and internationally. They are a company that I am proud to support with my hard earned money!

Beyond their best practices, they make the BEST clothing for men and women. Their styles are unique, the prints are fun and their clothing is outdoorsy-versatile! From yoga to climbing to camping to traveling! They know what they are doing!

I was thrilled to add two more pieces of prAna clothing to my ) closet. I chose these two items because I loved how they represent prAna and the Spring line. I also reviewed a piece from the men’s line. For this review, I ordered the Iselle Long Sleeve Tee, Cozy Up Sweatshirt and Broderick Shirt

Iselle Long Sleeve Tee

I found the Iselle Long Sleeve Tee to be everything that I had hoped for it to be! The colors in this tee are lovely and bright – the blues remind me of the ocean and the sky. The style is fun and unique, unlike anything else I own. It is soft and comfortable, something I can move in. It is a lightweight tee shirt, but not see through! I love it more for the cut and fit. It is not too loose and not to tight. It is made from Recycled polyester/hemp blend textured jersey  and it is  made in the USA!

The Cozy Up Sweatshirt

This sweatshirt is super warm and really soft! I had my doubts that it would keep me warm as I am always freezing and I wore it this entire past week as the weather was changing. The wider cuffs around the sleeves and bottom, as well as the dart in the back, give this sweatshirt just enough shape to keep it from looking sloppy.  It is very cozy and can be dressed up or down.

In addition to great stylish women’s clothing prAna also carry men’s clothing and some wonderful accessories such as scarves, hats, belts and yoga mats and towels

Broderick Shirt

The Men’s Broderick Slim Shirt by prAna is a stylish button-up shirt with an agave plant print.  Made from a mix of organic cotton and polyester, this slim fit shirt is perfect for a day at the lake or dinner with a date.  Look classy and stylish in this snazzy shirt. This will be great in the warmer months.

I am very pleased with the sustainable clothing I received from prAna. I would purchase both of these items for myself, and I would recommend prAna to my friends and family. Temperatures are changing across most of this nation and when the temperature change, it’s time to dress in layers.
