A few years ago I got my first Everlane piece, and I fell in love with the brand instantly.

Since then, Everlane pieces have become staples in my everyday outfits.  Their combination of modern basics, high quality, and ethical manufacturing is compelling. Based in San Francisco, Everlane is known for their commitment to radical transparency about the factories where their clothes are made and the true cost and markup of each product.  Their customer service team is the best I’ve come across in the retail industry.  The durability, beautiful fabrics, and practicality of their clothes have totally won me over.

Since Everlane is an online retail brand, this posts a review of one of their new pieces, the Cashmere Tee. As soon as I saw this I knew I wanted it. This is a piece in which style meets luxury. While a simple design, this tee will be a classic in your wardrobe. The tee can be dressy or casual. It is a very versatile piece. The cashmere is soft and thicker than other cashmere brands. It holds up well and doesn’t pill like other sweaters on the market.

The tee is not too loose or tight at all. The bottom length hits at your waist and the arm length is not too short or too long.  This piece is the perfect transition piece for going from summer to fall.

It comes in three colors: Black, Ivory and, Pale Lime. I choose the Pale Lime, but the other is wonderful. I wish they had more colors. At times when wearing it, I find that I am hugging myself because it feels like a little bit of heaven.

If you are looking to invest in a cashmere piece you can not go wrong with Everlane. I highly recommend it.
