When founder, Stephanie, began her career in chemical engineering and chemistry research, she never quite felt she looked the part. Affordable women’s business clothing was hard to come by and often poorly made. Her wardrobe was cobbled together with individual pieces from multiple mall stores and did not match the level of her skills and expertise in her job. Eventually, her career led her to management opportunities with travel both domestically and internationally to directly interface with partners and clients. As her career progressed, her wardrobe did not.

Fifteen years later, this problem sadly still exists! Stephanie has made it her mission to give women their confidence back. No woman should ever feel inferior in her career due to her wardrobe. With Executive by Stephanie, women can create a wardrobe of professional staple pieces at an affordable price.
