Growing up Crayola was a brand that was always in my home. I loved getting that special box of 64 crayons and looking at all the colors in awe. The brand continues to spark creativity through color and encourages children to expand their imaginations. This year’s 2020 holiday lineup is awesome and you are going to want to add it to your holiday lists for those kids in your life to spur creativity and art-inspired activities.

The Scribble Scrubblie Pets, are a favorite of mine for the kids in my life. They love the adorable pets, and play sets, well this holiday season Crayola has introduced a new play set. It is the Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets Grooming Truck. It includes a real working vehicle that emulates the look and feel of a real pets grooming truck and features a kid-powered spray pump that makes washing pets easy and fun. The play set doubles as a storage solution that’s easy to pack up and store for later use.

The set comes with Figaro the basset hound and Wilbur the French bulldog figures for kids to customize. They have a soft, fuzzy feel to them, and each has a completely blank coat to act as the canvas for kids’ creativity. Kids can use one of the three included markers — in vibrant orange, blue, and purple colors — to decorate and design their pooches. Kids can also use any other Crayola Washable markers they already have at home.

Kids can place the Scribble Scrubbie pets onto any of the spots on the play set to draw on Wilbur, give Figaro stripes, or use their imaginations to create whatever design they want. They can also use other Scribble Scubbie animals, including the safari-themed pets, to join in on the fun. The colors glide on the pets smoothly, and are as bright as if you drew with it on a piece of paper.

Once each animal is styled to the kids happiness they can load up the truck for the pets to go on pretend adventures, like making a pit stop at brunch or playing games in the park. The playset has working wheels, so all of the glammed-up pets are guaranteed a smooth ride.

When kids want to redesign their pets, they can put them in the trailer, hose them off with the spray pump with water, and scrub off the colors with the brush. The pets’ coats will go back to being squeaky clean. Just wash them to start again! How much fun is that!!!

When I first saw the Crayola Pets line. I new it would be so much fun for the kids to be able to recreate awesome pictures of their favorite animals. The piece that I love the most is the Crayola Pets Light Up Tracing Pad.  The Crayola Light Up Tracing Pad, kids are able to draw like a pro with it’s light-up tracing pad and art tools to spark and inspire imagination. The kit comes with a pencil, tracking sheets, blank sheets, colored pencils and more.

The box includes a plastic light-up tracing pad which needs 3 AA batteries to light it up. The tracing pads light up really well and make it very easy for kids to trace the drawing underneath their paper. They can combine pictures from different sheets to make their own designs which kids will enjoy.  The coloring pencils which come in the set mean they can really bring their drawings to life. This will keep kids occupied for hours. The kids can really use their imaginations to create their own designs using all the traceable images and it has such mesmerizing effect on them they will not want to stop.

The Holidays are here, which means it’s time to start shopping for all the kids, these are great pieces to add to list. They will spark creativity and so much more. Crayola has done it again and made this holiday season special.
