Chesapeake Bay’s mind & body line are full of refreshing scents with really cute names!
It just feels like it’s cleaning the air, bringing you a good positive outlook! Kind of the thing we need as we move into a new season.
You can peek at the mind & body page here, but I wanted to give you an idea of the scents, but I also think just grab a couple with the right names too – you know, when you don’t know what to burn, read the label and decide on your mood! Let me tell you about the scents.
Peace + Tranquility -is jasmine, cotton blossom and rose it’s fresh and airy. When I smell it I think of laundry if you get what I mean. Clean and floral with a little hint of sandalwood. Natural oils included are ylang ylang, lemon and cedarwood. is all about cashmere and jasmine. This is a very clean smelling candle with notes of lily of the valley and bergamot. Although floral, it’s very soft and delicate. I know in the past I’ve tried floral scented candles and the scent was just too overpowering for my liking. This one, and actually every single scent that I’m talking about today is nothing like that. Just one of a reasons I find these candles to be exceptional.
Joy + Laughter –the pink jar, is currently burning on my desk right now. It’s a cranberry Dahlia and very fruity. Natural essential oils: Orange peel, lemon, and cedarwood. is a cranberry dahlia candle with a touch of spice. I really love the frosted glass jars that allow the light of the flame to give a soft illuminate glow. I appreciate the simplicity of these jar candles and think they add a nice touch to my minimalist bedroom. The natural wooden lids add warmth to the room and I much prefer them over glass lids. This scent contains natural essential oils of orange peel, lemon, and cedarwood and is also made in Maryland with ingredients from around the world.
Reflection + Clarity– It’s fresh and smells like a morning crisp air, on the shores of the bay. This soft blue tinted jar sits on my nightstand and the scent is sea salt sage – and I love it. Yes, I would have passed this up in the store because I simply could not imagine the scent in my mind, but now that I know better, I’m sold. I burn this candle every night before bed when I read and it’s soothing notes of chamomile, eucalyptus, and lavender calm and relax me. It’s a very clean and tranquilizing aroma. It contains natural essential oils of orange, chamomile, lavender, laurel, patchouli, and tea. And just like the others, it’s made in Maryland with ingredients from around the world.
Now that you know all about my latest candle obsession, I would love to hear if you have experienced any of the Chesapeake Bay Mind + Body Collection candles
