On February 22, 2017, I was invited to an event to celebrate National Pistachio Day.

At this event the sweet folks got me to dry the new Damak chocolate bars. Is there another bar in the US with Pistachios in them? I could not any that weren’t specially made from small purveyors.

Pistachios stay crunchy. Sometimes when I buy Pistachios and have them around they tend to go soft. I was wondering how that would affect the chocolate no need to worry the Damak bar remained crunchy even after a few years.

European Chocolate Taste. There is just something smoother about European chocolate something lightly fruity even, with deeper flavors. This Damak Bar is simply interesting to eat.
