Due to chronic eczema compounded by extremely sensitive skin. Suki started formulating in her kitchen to create skincare solutions strong enough to treat skin problems but safe for those with highly sensitive skin. They continue to work by collaborating with dermatologists, scientists, and countless others to ensure that they are innovative and using the latest clean technology.
I had a chance to try a few of their products and I want to focus on their eye creams. One is for day and one is for the night. These two are part of the Renew Collection; amplification products for healthy aging and ultra-intense nourishing and moisturizing.
I love the idea that you have a separate cream for day and night. Some nighttime eye creams are too rich to wear during the day because they are thicker. When an eye cream is too thick, it feels heavy under my makeup. Richer creams are more effective at night because your body is recovery mode while you are sleeping.
The Suki Ultra-Protect Eye Balm nourishes and moisturizes the delicate tissue around the eye. It is a balm that contains a moisturizing complex of organic and fair-trade cocoa butter, coconut oil, beeswax and, shea butter. Vitamin A jump-starts collagen productions and rejuvenates tone while sunflower. safflower and grape seed oils at the highest concentration of essential lipids maintain a strong and healthy moisture barrier. It comes with a small spatula which is great for applying the balm.
You only need the smallest bit. Just dab a small amount to the under-eye area and it will melt into the skin upon application. I take it out to the sides of my eyes.
I was equally impressed with the Eye Lift Renewal cream. It is formulated with white grape seeds, caffeine, and Vitamin C to a firm, brighten and nourish delicate under-eye skin The texture of this eye cream is the opposite of the night eye balm. This one is light and fluffy making it perfect for under concealer and eye makeup. Again, just a tiny amount works.
I have only been using them for a few weeks but I have noticed a difference. My under area feels way more hydrated and is brighter.
As part of this review, I was able to participate in a Terrarium building class. Which taught me how building something is calming.
