Labor and delivery nurses are very important when you are about to give birth. They are right there with your family to take care of the moms as we go through the delivery process. They are there to get us through the whole process no matter what is throw our way. Your nurse is right their to hold your hand and help you through the scariest moments in your life. These nurses are running around trying to make the process easier for us. Making sure that we deliver healthy babies and can manage the pain.

Nurses deserve a big thank you for all that they do for us. Pampers realizes how important nurses are to us and is launching the Thank You Nurses Awards Program. This program is honoring nurses in three categories: Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Postpartum.

Pampers wants parents to share their stories of nurses who helped you make life #betterforbaby. All Nurse nominations must be submitted between November 9th and December 14.

About the awards:

  • Three finalists, one in each category will be announced in March and the grand prize honoree will be announced in May.
  • The 3 finalists will be honored with a short documentary videos showcasing their unique and inspirational nursing stories.
  • Each of the 3 finalists will receive a one-year membership to the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), attendance at the 2016 AWHONN Convention, Proctor & Gamble care packages, and more. Visit https://tongal.com/pampersnurses for full p at /15rizing details.
  • In honor of these nurses winners, three Pampers Swaddlers scholarships will be made available to help nurses from underrepresented groups complete their studies toward a Master of Science in Nursing degree.
