The Getting Gorgeous Event put together by Vera Sweeney and Audrey McClellan at the Metropolitan Pavilion. This was a glamorous event that had a party feel. Great Sponsors who were so generous to give out some terrific products for us to sample and enjoy. There were hair and beauty treatments. The atmosphere was made for you to feel very special which everyone is. Some of the amazing sponsors were.

V05 treated us to blow outs and styling information. The also were very kind in handing out shampoos, conditioners, hot oil treatments, mousse, hair spray and gel. Whatever you needed they had it on hand for you to take home and try. I loved how they got my hair looking great.

We were treated to foot and hand massages and manicures. Vanity Projects did the manicures using Dior nail polish and added some designs and gems to our nails it looked great.

Bali Intimates weres on hand doing bra fitting, do you know that most woman don’t wear the correct bra. They were great and showed all the new bras that they had and we were able to choose one that will be sent to us. I choose a cute purple one. If you can you should get measured because wearing the incorrect bra can cause you to problems.

Voli Spirits owned by Pit Bull is a delicate blend of the finest multi-distilled wheat vodka, natural spring water and infused high quality natural flavors. Voli is an extra smooth vodka with a superb light finish. There are six different flavors.

Vitabath was there to introduce their new line. They conducted a personality test to see what scent matched up with us, it was so much fun. I love their cupcake selection it smelled so great. I just wanted to sit there all day and relax.

Designer Imposters and Body Fantasies brought along fabulous body sprays in all flavors and Calgon products as well. I did: not realize how much I had missed Calgon all these years. They are back with four new collections: Hawaiian Ginger, Morning Glory, Lavender Vanilla, and Spring Cherry Blossom. They are all currently available at Walmart.

Stop and Shop grocery store where you can shop online and have your groceries delivered to you. I love Stop and Shop and to know that I can go on-line and just pick up my groceries is great for me.

Pampers was on hand to show their collection of Training Pants for boys and girls. Pampers always a brand you can trust.

Summer Infant showed us their pop n play play pen that can be used indoors or out. Video monitors, strollers, bottles, clothing and treated us to cherry lemongrass or lemon basil shaved ice. I loved the cherry lemongrass which was very popular.

Passion Roses gave everyone a dozen of fresh roses on their way out. I love having fresh flowers in the house, so it was great to get roses.

We got an incredible swag bag there were other goodies from sponsors who weren’t in attendance like Born Free, Energems, Johnson’s Baby, Aveeno Baby, Block Island Organics, Probelle and Carmex.

It was a great day for all of us.
