Olive Garden Unveiled it New Breadstick Sandwiches and Deep Dish Spaghetti Pies.
Olive Garden kicked off it’s Summer Sampling Tour gives Families and Friends Nationwide an Opportunity to Gather Around the Table. This first of its kind summer long celebration kicked off in New York City where the table will grow along the High Line.
From New York, the Never Ending Family Table will continue across the country treating guests with the new food. One will have a planned route through a new city every week. The other will be to surprise guest and will pop up at summer celebrations. All summer, guests will be selected to receive customized Olive Garden dining experiences at the Never Ending Family Table or in restaurants.
Olive Garden is offering Breadsticks Sandwiches and bringing new twists on an Italian classic: The Olive Garden menu items will transform with new varieties of the legendary Breadstick Sandwiches and brand new Deep Dish Spaghetti Pies.
I was invited to the kick off on June 2 to the High Line and saw the table when it had no one seated and then got the joy to see it fill up. It was so exciting getting to meet all of the people from around the city and enjoy filling up the tables.
Available for lunch, the new Breadstick Sandwiches are joining the popular Chicken Parmigiana and Italian Meatball Breakstick Sandwiches are:
Spicy Calabrian Chicken Breadstick Sandwich, which is lightly breaded chicken, fried and tossed in the spicy Calabrian sauce served with tangy gorgonzola sauce on Olive Garden’s signature breadstick.
Meatball Deep Dish Spaghetti Pie, this was Spaghetti, seven cheeses and Italian bacon baked to with a flaky crust and topped with meatballs and homemade meat sauce.
Chicken Alfredo Deep Dish Spaghetti Pie, which is spaghetti, with seven cheese and Italian bacon baked with a flaky crusts and topped with grilled chicken and homemade Alfredo sauce.
Spaghetti Rosso with Chicken & Bacon, which is tomato-infused spaghetti grilled chicken, bacon, red peppers, tomatoes and asparagus tossed in a homemade Parmesan pesto sauce.
It was a great day, I really had a fun time trying all of these new sandwiches. I can’t wait to enjoy them at the restaurant.
