I recently was able to attend the Honest Company’s Summer Showcase and see all of their new products first hand. I also got the opportunity to catch up with co-founder Christopher Gavigan.
I came away from the event with a new focus on how I could use the Honest Products all over my home. Here is how I found that the Honest Products could keep my home safe and use effective products to make your life a bit healthier.
Medicine Cabinet
Is it just me or does your medicine cabinet seem to accumulate more products than you remember. First thing to do is clean it out and get rid of expired products. Now let’s look at getting it in order. When you are looking for cough syrups, ones without dyes and sugar. I recommend the Honest Company’s lavender and rosemary scented breathe easy rub. It is safe enough to use on an infant which means it can be used for anyone with sensitive skin. When it comes to a multivitamin our go to is the Women’s Complete once Daily. Gentle and uniquely formulated with a targeted blend of antioxidants, superfoods, probiotics and digestive enzymes and is made without dyes, sweeteners, preservative or other additives that some other brands have. If you haven’t already you should swap out your toothpaste for something without artificial sweeteners, I was so find the Honest Company fluoride free toothpaste.
Under the Sink
Your space under the sink is where you should look at to clean up next. This is an area that kids can get to easily and you have keep an eye out for harsh chemicals. I love the Honest Company’s plant-based cleaning products. It works just as well but are safe for you and your family and don’t have that noxious chemical smell. The Honest Company has a full range of safe and effective cleaning products, but you will want to keep your bathroom cabinet with at least the Multi-Surface Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner and the totally streak-free Glass + Window Cleaner.
Toilet Bowl Cleaner
If you are like me this is an area in your home that you want to sparkle. You want to make sure that it is clean. This is why I love the Honest Company Toilet Cleaner. It is effective while also safe for you and your family.
Bath & Body Routine
If you are like me you don’t think about your shampoo as having toxins. While you are getting your home in order it is good idea to change your personal care products also. The Honest Company has so many plant-based bath and body products. From shampoo, shaving oil, deodorant, and facial towelettes. Everything is pure and free from most common allergens.
Feminine Care
When I first saw these at the event, I was shocked, It did not look at all like your everyday feminine care products. The boxes were so neat and the design perfect that you will not worry about anyone seeing them in your home.
While the Honest Company is know for their great diaper and baby products, I want you to know that it is more than that, you can totally transform your home. I am having so much fun trying out all these new products.
